The Department of School Education, Government of Telangana has published TG TET Answer Key 2026 along with the Response Sheets for Telangana Teacher Eligibility Test (TG TET) 2026. The aspirants who have taken the exam can now access the provisional answer key and response sheet from the official website tgtet.aptonline.in.
The department has also provided an objection window to those who wish to challenge the provisional answer key. Objections must be raised online before 2 July 2026.
TG TET Answer Key 2026 Released
TG TET 2026 Exam was held between 16th June to 22nd June 2026 at different exam centers in Telangana. The provision answer key can be used by students to find out their estimated score based on their answers before the final results announcement. As per the official marking pattern –
- 1 mark shall be awarded for each right answer.
- No negative marking for wrong answers.

- Go to the website tgtet.aptonline.in.Â
- Click on the TG TET 2026 Answer Key link which is posted on the website homepage.
- Choose the relevant paper /question paper set.
- Download the provisional answer key.
- Match your answers with the answer sheet.
- Save a copy for future reference.
How to Raise Objections Against TG TET Answer Key 2026?
In case a candidates detects any discrepancy in the provisional answer key they may object online before the deadline.
- Access the official TG TET website.
- Log in with your registered credentials.
- Click on the ‘Answer Key Objection’ option.
- Choose the questions that you want to object.
- Upload the necessary documentation, if any.
- Object before 2 July 2026.
All the objections raised will be considered by the Telangana School Education Department before releasing the final answer key.
TG TET 2026 Papers
There are two papers in the TG TET exam –
- Paper 1 for those candidates who wish to teach Classes 1 to 5.
- Paper 2 for those candidates who wish to teach Classes 6 to 8.
- Candidates who wish to make themselves eligible for teaching Classes 1 to 8 need to take both Paper 1 and Paper 2.Â
Candidates are advised to download the answer key and response sheet as soon as possible and raise objections if any, till 2 July 2026. The answer key will be declared once all the valid objections are considered by the Telangana School Education Department.
