The Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH) has released the HTET Answer Key 2026 for those students who appeared in the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) 2026. Aspirants can now get the provisional answer key with their answer sheet by visiting the official website to analyze their scores before the declaration of the final result.
Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) 2026 was held on 4th & 5th July 2026 for three categories, which include Primary Teacher (PRT), Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) and Post Graduate Teacher (PGT).
Steps to Download HTET Answer Key 2026
Candidates can follow the process given below to download the provisional answer key-
- Visit the official website of HTET or BSEH.
- Click on the HTET Answer Key 2026 link available on the homepage.
- Choose your examination level: PRT (Level 1), TGT (Level 2) or PGT (Level 3).
- Log in, if asked to, using your credentials.
- Download the answer key and answer sheet.
- Compare your answer sheet with the answer key to check your probable score.

At present, the provisional answer key has been made available for PGT (Level 3) aspirants. The answer key for PRT (Level 1) and TGT (Level 2) candidates is going to be uploaded on the official website shortly.
Objections on HTET Answer Key 2026
In case of any discrepancy in the provisional answer key, candidates have an option to raise objections through the objection portal.
Candidates can raise objections during the period from 6 July to 9 July 2026. Candidates will have to pay an objection charge of ₹100 per question to challenge a particular question. In case the objection is entertained by the board, the objection charges will be returned once the results of HTET 2026 are declared.
HTET 2026 Answer Key Marking Scheme
With the help of the provisional answer key, the candidates can have an estimation of their probable marks even before the declaration of the result.
In the HTET 2026 question paper, there were 150 multiple-choice questions and 1 mark was given for each correct answer. There is no concept of negative marking; that is, no marks are deducted for wrong answers or unanswered questions. To calculate your probable marks, you need to apply the following formula:
Probable Marks = Number of Right Answers × 1
The final HTET 2026 result will be prepared after the review of all objections raised by the candidates.
