The Indian Maritime University (IMU) has declared the IMU CET 2026 Round 1 Seat Allotment Result for those students who applied through the online counseling process. Students can now check their seat allotment status from the official IMU admission website. Students allotted seats should now follow the rest of the admission procedures.
IMU CET 2026 Round 1 Seat Allotment Released
The university has announced the Round 1 allocation through the IMU Common Entrance Test (IMU CET) 2026. Only those candidates who have done the counselling registration formalities will be allowed to check their allocation. The provision allocation result can be checked from the official admission website.
How to Check IMU CET 2026 Round 1 Seat Allotment?
The candidates can follow the given steps to find out whether a seat has been allotted to them or not –
- Visit the official IMU admission portal
- Click on the IMU CET 2026 Round 1 Seat Allotment tab.
- Enter the application number and password.
- Login into the system.
- The status of seat allocation will be shown on the screen.
- Download the allotment letter from there.
Payment Confirmation Window Closed
It is important to note that the deadline for the confirmation of the provisional seat allotment and payment of fees expired on 29 June 2026 by 2:00 PM. It should be noted that only those candidates who have made the necessary fee payments will be able to log in to the portal to download –
- Payment Confirmation Slip/Receipt
- Confirmation Acceptance Letter
Candidates are advised to keep these documents safe for the admission process.
Certificate Verification Underway
The candidates who have accepted their seats must get their certificates verified by following the process that takes place between 30 June and 2 July 2026.
All the necessary original certificates and documents must be taken by students for the purpose of verification.
IMU CET 2026 Round 2 Allotment
Round two seat allotment will be announced by the Indian Maritime University after the completion of the round one admission process on its official website. Those candidates who have not been allotted any seat in the first round or are awaiting a seat upgrade can visit the official admission portal to stay updated about any new developments.
It is recommended that applicants adhere strictly to the admission timetable and complete all admission procedures within the stipulated period.
